What you touch day to day.
These six are the backbone of the app; everything else sits around them.
Concentrations by house
The same perfume may run at 25% with supplier A and 18% with supplier B. Each house-variant keeps its own concentration, IFRA limit and price; whichever you pick on the calculation screen, those are the numbers you get.
Works both ways
From the bottle: see how much oil and base a 50 ml bottle needs. From the oil you have: see how many bottles 50 grams makes and what is left over.
Volumetric and gravimetric
Read the concentration by volume (v/v) or by weight (w/w). Every component appears in ml and grams at the same time, so you can work with a syringe or a scale.
Manual base
If you don't use a premixed base, set the alcohol, distilled water and fixative shares yourself. You can edit the densities too — the defaults are not locked.
Batch log
Add a date, a score and a comment to every batch. See how a concentration behaved with a given base months later, so “can I make that again?” stops being a question.
Cost and profit
Work out the cost per bottle from the oil, the base, the bottle and your extra items. Enter a sale price and see profit and margin on the same screen.
Small things that make the work easier.
IFRA limit field
Enter the limit once per variant; you get a warning when the concentration goes above it.
Price history
Record base and alcohol prices as they change; the cost is always calculated with the latest one.
Share page
Collect the batches you choose at a single address; whoever has the link sees them without signing in. Showing the formula is up to you.
Follow and copy
Follow the perfumer whose link you have, copy a formula they shared into your own notebook and work on it.
Print and copy
Print the formula sheet, or copy it as plain text and send it.
Fragrance houses
Define the suppliers you work with and record which house each perfume came from.
Packaging items
Include fixed items like bottles, caps and boxes in the cost, calculated per unit.
English and Turkish
The interface is bilingual; number and date formats follow the language you choose, and you pick the currency yourself.
What we deliberately don't do.
We are not trying to be a tool that does everything. If something is missing for you, write in — we add things based on what people ask for.
- No fragrance note database
We don't tell you which notes an oil carries; that information lives with your supplier and in your own notebook.
- No stock tracking
We don't track how many ml of oil you have left. It complicates the work and nobody keeps it up to date.
- No random user discovery
There is no user search; you can only follow someone through the share link they gave you. Share pages are closed to search engines too.
- We don't do safety assessment
You enter the IFRA limit, we remind you of it. The final decision and responsibility rest with the maker.
