The short answer
100 grams of fragrance oil is about 105.3 ml (at a density of 0.95 g/ml). Used at 25% concentration that gives you 421 ml of mixture: eight full 50 ml bottles with 21 ml left over. Drop the concentration and the count goes up: the same 100 grams gives 10 bottles at 20% and 14 bottles at 15%.
The formula
Three lines. Convert the oil to a volume, run the concentration backwards, then divide by the bottle:
oil_ml = grams ⁄ density (skip this step if you measured in ml)
total_ml = oil_ml × 100 ⁄ concentration
bottles = floor(total_ml ⁄ bottle_ml) · left over = total_ml − bottles × bottle_ml
Worked example: 100 grams of oil, 50 ml bottles
With the amount of oil fixed, concentration is the only variable. Lowering it by a few points visibly raises the bottle count, but it also weakens the scent, so this is as much a formulation decision as a cost one:

Grams or millilitres changes the answer
This is one of the most common mistakes. 100 grams of fragrance oil is not 100 ml. At an average density of 0.95 g/ml, 100 grams is about 105.3 ml. So someone measuring on a scale has roughly 5% more volume than someone measuring with a syringe, and may get one extra bottle out of it. How much oil goes into one bottle?
The other side of the reverse calculation: once you know what a single bottle takes, you can estimate the yield in your head. For a 50 ml bottle:

100 grams of fragrance oil is about 105.3 ml. At 25% concentration that makes 421 ml of mixture, which fills eight 50 ml bottles with 21 ml left over. At 20% you get 10 bottles and at 15% you get 14. Smaller bottles raise the count: the same 100 grams fills 14 bottles of 30 ml at 25%.
Enter it the way you measured it. Pick grams if you used a scale and millilitres if you used a syringe. They are not the same number: at an average density of 0.95 g/ml, 100 grams of fragrance oil is about 105.3 ml, a difference of roughly 5% in the result.
The leftover is the part that cannot fill a whole bottle, and it does not go to waste. Keep it in a closed glass bottle and add it to the next batch, or decant it into 5-10 ml sample bottles. Choosing a smaller bottle size in the calculator also reduces the leftover.

Yes. With the amount of oil fixed, concentration is the denominator: going from 25% to 20% increases the total mixture by about a quarter. It also makes the scent weaker and less long-lasting, so the decision is not purely about cost.
